Graduate Applicants

Here is a checklist of the required documents needed to apply:

1. A completed application: (link to Graduate Application) Graduate Application
2. Bachelor 's degree from an accredited college or university. See program specific G.P.A. requirements below.
3. Official academic records
1. Submit official, notarized, certified or attested copies of transcripts from all universities or colleges attended.
4. Proof of English language proficiency by submitting official test scores from ONE of the following:
1. SAT or ACT
2. TOEFL Score (our institutional code is 3001):
• iBT:80 PBT: 550 CBT: 213
3. IELTS Score: 6.0 or higher
4. 3+ years at a university or college in which English was the primary language
5. At least two letters of recommendation in English from former professors or professional associates with the following exception:
1. MS in Education - 3 letters of recommendation, including a character reference, and at least one academic reference (if currently teaching, a reference from a supervising administrator is encourage)
6. Personal Statement/Essay (See program specific information below for details)
7. Copy of passport. If applicant is currently in the US, please also include a copy of visa/admission stamp, and I-20 from current institution, if applicable. If applicant plans to bring dependents, please include copies of dependents' passport(s).
8. Official bank statement from the last 6 months with a minimum of $40,000 US dollars
1. USCIS requires proof of access to financial resources to cover academic, living, and personal expenses for first academic year in the United States. Albertus Magnus College does not have a Financial Aid program for international students.
