The Office of Admission staff is excited Albertus is one of your colleges of choice! We understand the college application process can be a bit overwhelming and have created this page in hopes of helping you apply to Albertus with ease and confidence. Below is a list of our application requirements. We do have some general requirements for a completed application, but we welcome your individual contributions that help us to know more about you. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions you have.

Required

A completed application. You can apply online or download an application.
An official transcript from each of the colleges or universities that you have attended since graduating from high school or receiving your G.E.D.
Your personal essay on a topic of your choice.
At least one letter of recommendation from a professor or advisor who is familiar with your academic ability and potential.
A non-refundable application fee of $35 dollars.
For those applicants that have been instructed to do so by an admissions counselor, a Current Semester Progress Report must be submitted. Please do NOT submit this unless you have been specifically asked to do so by an admissions counselor.
If you are applying with less than 60 transferable credits*, your official high school transcript† and official SAT/ACT scores are also required.

*Albertus Magnus College will transfer credits received from fully accredited colleges and universities where the student received grades of C or better.

†All transfer students MUST submit their official high school transcripts or equivalents prior to enrolling at Albertus Magnus College, regardless of incoming transfer credits.
