Join us for Earth Fest

A Week of Appreciation and Care for Our Common Home

Albertus Magnus College is a proud member of the Laudato Si' Action Platform, an international effort inspired by the teachings of Pope Francis to seek a more sustainable and just world. From April 22-28, 2025, our Laudato Si' Action Team and other campus groups will organize events around caring for the earth and our communities. This year will feature outdoor service opportunities, a poetry reading, and a sharing of culinary delicacies from faculty and staff.

Earth Day Tree Planting

Earth Fest Challenge: Second Chance Boxes

Second Chance Boxes

I.T. is currently upgrading many computers on campus. This means that there are going to be about 150 empty computer boxes that we need to find uses for. Better to reuse than toss away!

Perhaps you want to claim boxes to prepare for summer moving, create an inventive art project, or fashion a portable bulletin board for a poster presentation. The possibilities are endless!

Our goal is to find uses for all of the boxes by Commencement. Claim your boxes here.
