Yellow Ribbon Program Participant
The Yellow Ribbon Program is a provision of the Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2008. This program allows institutions of higher learning (degree granting institutions) in the United States to voluntarily enter into an agreement with VA to fund tuition expenses that exceed the highest public in-state undergraduate tuition rate. The institution can contribute up to 50% of those expenses and VA will match the same amount as the institution. Only individuals entitled to the maximum benefit rate (based on service requirements) may receive this funding.
Create Your Flexible Master of Business Administration Schedule
Offered in an accelerated format, most students can complete their Master of Business Administration degree in a year and a half while only having to take two classes at a time.
Students will take courses in our Blended format
Blended
- Take 1 to 2 classes every 8 weeks
- Classes are a combination of in-class session and online assignments
- Attend class on campus one night per week, while all other assignments are done from the comfort of home
- Benefit from in-class discussions while completing projects and assignments from home

Master of Business Administration Courses
The Master of Business Administration at Albertus Magnus College is accredited by the State of Connecticut Board of Higher Education and the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education.
Upon completing the Master of Business Administration, students will:
- Demonstrate skills in quantitative analysis, decision-making, teamwork, leadership, scientific method, information literacy, statistical analysis and problem solving;
- Demonstrate knowledge of accounting, business law, marketing, organizational behavior, economics, financial management, business ethics, information systems, human resources, management principles, international/global business, quantitative management and entrepreneurship;
- Demonstrate critical and strategic thinking skills through evaluating research methods, conducting research, and analyzing and interpreting research results;
- Demonstrate the ability to present ideas logically and persuasively, and demonstrate the capacity for informed moral decision-making in the business environment.

To be admitted to the Master of Business Administration program, applicants must submit the following:

- Application (PGS Graduate)
- Official Transcripts for Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree (All Colleges & Universities Attended)
- Official Military Transcript(s) (Optional)
- Certificate of Eligibility Letter
- Immunization Form or Titer Test Results
- Essay Submission
- Two Letters of Recommendation from Former Professors or Professional Associates

The Albertus Master of Business Administration Degree Mission Statement
The Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) prepares business leaders with highly developed analytical and communication skills, a mastery of vital tools and concepts used in the business environment, and a preparation for ethical leadership in their chosen fields. Offered through the Accelerated Degree Program, the M.B.A. is designed for working professionals who seek to advance their education while pursuing their career. Classes are held in the evenings or online, and students may attend on a full-time or part-time basis. The M.B.A. requires a total of 30 credit hours.
