Course: Mathematical Ideas (MA-111-1) Various mathematical concepts (e.g., graphs, probability) will be discussed for their own sake and as applied to concrete problems. Connections between various parts of mathematics will be stressed when feasible. P: MA 100 or its equivalent. Generally offered in alternate mods. 3 credits
