Federal Work-Study Waitlist

Students who were not initially awarded Federal Work-Study, but who are interested in being considered for any openings, may put themselves on the Federal Work-Study Waitlist.

Please note: Students who add themselves to the waitlist are not guaranteed placement in the Federal Work-Study Program.

2014/2015 Required Documents

2014-2015 Dependent Verification Worksheet
Required for all dependent students selected for Verification.

2014-2015 Independent Verification Worksheet
Required for all independent students selected for Verification.

Addiction Counseling Certificate Aid Application
A form of intent for how many credits the student plans on taking per Module.

Authorization to Manage Funds Form
Documents how the student would like their federal financial aid funds managed.

Excess Funds Request Form
Documents how the student would like their federal financial aid funds managed.

FERPA Release Form
Required for students who authorized the College to manage their funds and would like to return or access the credit on their account (should one occur).

Graduate PLUS Data Sheet
The document required to complete the application process when student is applying for a Graduate PLUS Loan.

MAAT Aid Application
A form of intent for how many credits the student plans on taking per Trimester.

MFA Aid Application
A form of intent for how many credits the student plans on taking per Semester.

Accelerated Degree Aid Application
A form of intent for how many credits the student plans on taking per Module.

Parent PLUS Data Sheet
The document required to complete the application process for Parent PLUS Loan.

Perkins Loan Master Promissory Note
Required document for all students who take out a Perkins Loan.

Perkins Loan Information Form
Required document for all students who take out a Perkins Loan.

Selective Service Registration Verification Worksheet
Required for all students whose registration with Selective Service needs to be Verified.

Shopping Sheets

The Financial Aid Shopping Sheet discloses and simplifies the Cost of Attendance for prospective and current veteran students. All students are encouraged to apply for Financial Aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online. Once completed, students should contact the Financial Aid Office to find out if additional documents are required.

For information regarding Veteran benefit eligibility, please contact the Department of Veteran's Affairs at 1 (888) 442-4551 or online at www.benefits.va.gov, www.va.gov, or www.gibill.va.gov. Students may also contact the Connecticut Veteran Affairs Regional Office at 1 (800) 827-1000. After contacting the Department of Veteran's Affairs, please contact the Albertus Magnus College Registrar's Office at (203) 773-8514 to complete the in-house certification process for your benefits.

Please note: The shopping sheets provided are based on a full-time, on-campus enrollment status. If you do not meet that enrollment status, please contact the Financial Aid Office for the appropriate shopping sheet.
